Job Location WATER PARK - BENSENVILLE, IL 60106 Position Type Seasonal Salary Range $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly

The Water Park Cashier position is responsible for the admissions of guests to the Bensenville Water Park & Splash Pad and/or the Concession Stand. Cashiers are responsible for customer service as well as sales of daily passes and season passes in compliance with the facility policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Handling cash and credit card transactions for admissions in RecTrac.
• Scanning facility season passes.
• Maintain proper customer service practices at all times.
• Have knowledge of facility information, rules, policies, and procedures and enforcing of them.
• Familiarity with the facility Emergency Action Plan and participating appropriately in the emergency response.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Pool Managers & Aquatic Supervisor.
• Preference given to those willing to cross train as Concession Attendant and obtain Food Handlers certification prior to season start.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.
• Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid, offered by Bensenville Park District.

HOURS Varied throughout the summer season, May through August
