The Shack is not only known for the best wings in town but also for our delicious made from scratch menu items like burgers, appetizers, salads, and more. We offer a great atmosphere with sports, live music venues accompanied with great cocktails, and a great selection of beers.

The Shack Restaurants Cashier provides world-class service. The role of a Cashier entitles you to provide friendly, responsive service to create a spectacular to-go experience for all our guests. Cashier are required to be welcoming and warm when greeting our guests upon arrival. The restaurant cashier is responsible for interacting with customers and accepting payment for products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Take Customer orders at the counter or by phone.
• Receive payments and present change to customers as needed.
• Pack orders as needed.
• Functions as a host.
• Receive food check from servers or guest.
• Manage the register including all credit cards and cash transactions.
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.

Qualifications:Qualifications for Hostess require obtaining Food Handlers, must be 16 year of age or older. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $8.25 - $10.00 per hour
