What is Alpha platform

State Street Alpha is the first front-to-back asset servicing platform from a single provider for institutional and wealth management firms. Alpha brings together clients’ choice of real-time data and asset intelligence across the investment lifecycle to help them make better decisions and deliver growth for their clients. With built-in flexibility and scalability, Alpha enables clients to manage assets across markets and streamline their day-to-day processes.

What you will be responsible for

  • Performing daily cash processing activities and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Monitoring cash-related workflows and investigating exceptions or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the resolution of cash breaks by coordinating with internal teams, counterparties, and market participants.
  • Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and management regarding operational issues and updates.
  • Following established procedures, controls, and risk management practices to support operational excellence.
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting testing, process changes, and operational projects as required.
  • Building knowledge of cash products, markets, and operational processes.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily service-level expectations and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Assisting with training and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, operations, banking, or a related field is an asset.
  • Knowledge of cash operations, custody, settlements, treasury, or investment servicing processes is beneficial.
  • Professional experience from other industries will also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office.

Minimum Salary:

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
