JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver accurate and efficient transaction processing in line with Burberry standards
• Provide a warm, professional and seamless checkout experience for every client
• Support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Handle returns, exchanges and payments in accordance with company policies
• Maintain organisation and presentation of the cashier area, upholding brand standards
• Contribute to store operations, including administrative tasks and stock-related activities

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience in a customer-facing or cashier role, ideally within retail or premium environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Clear and confident communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities
• Flexibility to work across peak retail periods and weekends
