Our RideNow Cash Offer team is hiring a vehicle Document Specialist to our elite team as we continue to be the leading acquisitions experts in the powersports industry. Providing an exceptional customer experience requires an exceptionally talented team that we are looking to grow!

Responsibilities:

• Gather, process, and verify the accuracy of customer-submitted documents related to vehicle purchases.
• Preparation and sending sales contract to our prospective customers
• Communicate with customers and internal team members to address document-related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding document handling.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles or other documentation.
• Verify title documents and assist with filing titles and sending documents to receive titles from the state.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams, verbally and written
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles and other documentation.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Background in title work is a plus.
