Position: Cash Management Services Analyst

Job Summary:

The Cash Management Services Officer shall assist in the supervision of the daily operation of the Unit. He shall manage the branch CIV and offsite ATMs and shall act as the vault custodian. Shall also be responsible in identifying and driving business process innovations/transformations, risk and control management, people development and stakeholder relationship management.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash inputs and balances across divisions and bank-wide operations.
• Track and analyze CMS performance metrics, including cash in vault balances, ATM availability, productivity, and other operational indicators.
• Handle division projects involving data analytics and process improvement initiatives, such as costing and cost allocation.
• Monitor error rates, productivity metrics, budget utilization, and operational reports.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for CMSU leadership.
• Performs all other activities that may arise in the course of implementing cash management services of the Bank.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other data-driven programs.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Macros.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and leadership potential.
