We are seeking a motivated Cash Collection Specialist with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day cash collection process while delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform cash allocation activities accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client queries, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining high quality standards and service excellence.
• Work closely with local Finance teams and various stakeholders.
• Monitor assigned accounts and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cash collection.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional European language is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills (data extraction and analysis).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
