Purpose:

Responsible for company-wide monthly cash flow plans, forecasts and targets; monthly cash flow results and presentation to mgmt., management and reporting of working capital, daily cash flow projections and supervision of offshore resources, board materials and long-range planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cash flow planning and forecasting including the coordination of all inputs, assessment of all inputs including setting targets when appropriate, and the analysis of the consolidated cash flows. Present the cash flow plan and forecasts to Treasury and CFO.
  • Analyze monthly cash flow results including key FCF drivers and details of investing and financing cash flows. Provide closing packages to accounting and IR used for earning materials. Present results to CFO.
  • Responsible for monthly working capital analysis and reporting. Schedule and facilitate monthly A/R and A/P review meetings. Attend inventory meetings on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for loading, maintaining, and enhancing the PBI Cash Flow tool.
  • Responsible for the daily cash model and ensuring the model is up to date with all available information and review daily changes. Present changes to mgmt. team with a focus on FCF and liquidity.
  • Responsible for the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and update model as required. Ensure assumptions are sound and up to date including working capital assumptions and refinancing assumptions with associated interest expenses.
  • Provide quarterly BOD materials as required including annual BOD Plan.
  • Look for and facilitate operational cash improvements, perform external benchmarking for working capital, leverage existing data to improve forecasts, maintain company policies, apply AI solutions when applicable, and all other Ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Supervise offshore resources and ensure offshore deliverables are accurate and complete.
  • Strong analytical skills required and general understanding of accounting and cash flows. Attention to detail, ability to provide clear and crisp messaging and ability to work with incomplete data as needed are essential skills.
  • Ability to reach out to other departments and build strong working relationships critical for success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial planning and analysis
  • Strong understanding of cash flow drivers, working capital management, and financial statements
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, including EFIW, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with evolving data
