Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

At Field, you'll have real room to make your mark. We're looking for a hands-on Cash & Banking Manager who genuinely enjoys the detail of cash - working closely with our banking partners, managing payment runs, and owning cash journals and reconciliations in NetSuite across multiple entities and currencies. Just as importantly, you'll bring an automation mindset: always looking for smarter ways to get things done, making the most of NetSuite, and building processes that scale as Field grows across Europe. We're a fast-growing business, so you'll have the freedom to shape how things work and put your ideas into practice. If you know your stuff, enjoy a challenge and like seeing your improvements make a real difference, this is a role where you can genuinely shine.
Field has entered its next phase of growth. In June, the UK energy regulator, Ofgem, selected 16 long-duration energy storage projects to progress to delivery. Field were awarded 5 of these. Collectively, in MWh terms, our projects are approximately 3 times the capacity of all battery energy storage installed in the UK to date. We currently have 4 projects totalling over 1GWh of energy storage in construction in GB with lots more delivery to do.
The Cash & Banking Manager owns payments, banking, bank reconciliations and support in cash projections for Field Energy's group entities, ensuring healthy bank account balances are maintained to meet payment demand, and supports construction finance drawdown activity. The role is the main point of contact for all banking transactions and administration, including setting up and maintaining new roles and users across HSBC and other group banking platforms.
We’re offering a competitive compensation package, including participation in our employee share scheme which rewards all employees for the growth of the business. You’ll be awarded shares when you join, which will vest over four years - and as the business grows in size and value, so will your shares!
We value our team’s wellbeing and belonging so we invest approx £5,000 a year on a range of perks, benefits and wellbeing activities, including regular team socials and events.
