DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Cash Application Sr Analyst, located in Taguig City, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
Processes andreconcilescash receipts, bankstatementand remittance advice.
Ensures that all incoming payments applied are balanced, free of discrepancies and conform to policies and procedures
Solves problemsin the course ofpayment application and/or reconciliation
Works closely with Collections team for customer payment and claims reconciliation
Prepares customer's statement of account, requests for refunds and write-offs/write-onswhen there are credits on the customer's account
Generates and reconciles more complex reports such asUnapplied Cash, AR Ageing, and Bad debts related reports
Ensures service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements.
Ensures proper andtimelyescalation of issues so that they are resolved to meet internal and external expectations
Actively leads andparticipatesin process improvement projects within the Cash Applications and AR reporting process
Ensures all process documentations are current
Support internal or external audits as needed
Supports specialists in resolving complex and critical process issues; Help train newly hiredanalysts
Qualifications:
Education
A minimum of abachelor’slevel degree or equivalent isrequired, preferably in accounting or finance
CPA, CMA,MBAand/or other financial certificationsispreferred
Required
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Foreign language capability (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai) is a plus
Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
Technologyproficiencyin Microsoft Office
Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time and multiple deadlines
Mustpossessability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
Preferred
Experience from BPO or shared services center of a multinational corporation and even local companies with relevant experience
2 to 4years in AR/Cash Applications role in BPO/shared Svc is preferred.
Intelligent Automation skills with the ability to design, develop, and sustain automated processes that enhance operational efficiency and scalability preferred
