Our Cash Application Coordinator is responsible for all cash application functions within the finance department and will support
general areas of operations as well as provide administrative and organizational support.

This is a remote position based in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Application of receivables to Cash Receipts Log, QuickBooks and Finance Trackers for all lines of business

• Transactional line-item cash posting into proprietary systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companies

• Recognizing missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail to financial tracking rates to determine discrepancies and communicate these to accounting

• Ensure accuracy of cash postings by contacting the pharmaceutical companies to verify payment remittance detail

• Review, interpret and discuss remittances from clients for data accuracy

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for success include:

• Associate's Degree highly preferred

• 1 year work experience in a medical office, hospital, clinical research or pharmaceutical corporation preferred

• 1 year work experience in a position requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office products including Excel

• Basic financial operations knowledge including general ledger and cash system functionalities
