- Business Overview:The Public Sector Lockbox business is a multi-shift, 363 days-per-year operational unit which provides a variety of services to government clients to assist them in managing their receivables and sensitive documents. The core function of this business in Getzville is Data Entry. A successful candidate must be able to work weekends/holidays, additional hours as required and successfully complete the government-required background check. Business Overview
The Public Sector Lockbox provides a variety of services to government clients assisting them in managing their receivables and documents. It is a 24/7 operational unit located in Buffalo, NY.
Position Description
- Provide transactional processing support for respective product
- Responsible for data entry and auditing of client products
- Participate in activities related to compliance with procedures and control
- Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and high level of productivity
- Provide backup coverage for team members and assist as needed
- Desire to learn and be a productive member of a team environment
- Adhere to all departmental guidelines and policies
- This requisition is for personnel currently working within the Buffalo Public Sector Department.

Qualifications
- Successful candidate must be able to successfully complete the Background and Treasury File process
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a prerequisite for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic MS Office skills
- Must be able to meet data entry productivity and quality goals
- Must have strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team member
- Ability to respond under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to work overtime and flexible work hours based upon business needs
- Excellent attendance required
- Hours: This posting is for an on-site evening shift position that requires you work at least one weekend day.
