
Established in 1976, Taldumande Youth Services is a leading not-for-profit organisation supporting children and young people aged 10–24 years across Sydney through successful homelessness, family and youth justice programs.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate Caseworker to join our expanding Families and Justice Team on a full-time, fixed-term contract until December 2028. This role supports a unique, evidence-based Family Restoration and Preservation Program, delivering intensive outreach support to families across Greater Parramatta and Western Sydney.
As a Caseworker, you will deliver intensive, client-centred casework support to families with children and young people aged 12–16 years, helping to reduce risk, strengthen family relationships and promote the safety, wellbeing and long-term stability of children, young people and their families.
You are a skilled practitioner who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes for vulnerable families. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, build trusted relationships and bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to your work.
