Your Mission

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of client care, offering behavioral and socially rehabilitative services that help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide the support they need in key areas such as emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals. You’ll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every client gets the comprehensive care they deserve.

Your Day-to-Day

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Relevant Background A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field—or a solid combo of education and real-world experience.
