The Case Staffing Manager is responsible for the allocation and staffing of legal matters within Jackson Lewis. This position will initially support the broader case staffing efforts for the firm as a floater and potentially be aligned to specific offices as practices expand
Oversee the assignment of attorneys to various matters based on their skills, experience, and availability. This role will develop an understanding of attorney caseloads, individual attorney strengths, areas of expertise, capacity, and billable hours trends. The Case Staffing Manager will understand all aspects of each matter, including complexity of litigation when assigning matters.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act as well as for Washington State, the expected salary range for this Colorado & Washington State position is between $125,000 and $160,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
