Large managed care company is looking for a Case Specialist to process single case agreements according to unit guidelines with focus on financial and service objectives. This is a short-term contract position.

WORK LOCATION:FULLY REMOTE

PAY: $18.00

CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 9/30/26

HOURS: M-F, Preferably 8:30-5:00

Process single case agreements with facility and clinicians specifically for Exchange line of business. Provide service support to Intake, Claims, and Care Management to assure timely access to behavioral health services for members. Handle all single case agreements requests consistently meeting the department’s financial and service standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all provider phone calls and emails pertaining to single case agreements.
• Update internal staff regarding potential single case agreement delays/and or barriers.
  
• Timely and accurate communication in executing single case agreements.
• Update appropriate systems regarding outcome of single case agreements.
  
• Consistently perform provider searches to review providers network status.
  
• Meet turnaround time objectives mandated by customer and state requirements.
  
• Partner with network contracting staff regarding providers interested in contracting.
  
• Accurate data entry of all single case agreement information in systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Negotiation skills
• Good at multi-tasking
