The Salvation Army Midland Division Veteran’s Residence is looking for a Transitional In Place Case Manager to supervisor and coordinates the engagement in the assist veterans with transitional in place support.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, $50,000 per year.

Essential Functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human service/social service field or related area plus one years of work experience is required. Experience working with recovering substance abusers and veterans is a plus. Combination of education and work experience will be considered. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Recognized Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (RASAC) or LPC or LCSW is a plus. Requires some computer word processing, spreadsheet, and email experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; understanding of the homeless and chemically dependent veteran population. Must be a team player, a self-starter, able to handle several projects at the same time and perform well with minimum supervision. Must demonstrate ability to think independently and exercise sound judgment.
