The Role
Based out of our Sydney Office - Please Only Apply If You Currently Live In Sydney. This is not a remote role.
A Bachelor's degree in law is required to be considered for this role
This Case Manager role is responsible for the management of Medical Claims and Investigations, ensuring claims are handled fairly, transparently, and efficiently to achieve appropriate outcomes for insured doctors and MDA National. The role is accountable for the end-to-end technical management of the claims lifecycle, from notification through to resolution, including governance of decision-making, cost management, and legal strategy.
A Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting insured doctors through complex and high-stress events, ensuring they are appropriately guided and supported while effective legal and claims strategies are put in place to achieve fair and timely outcomes.
