Who We Are
At East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP), we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and hope. Our Residential Rehabilitation Facility isn't just a program it's a home where psychiatrically disabled individuals find safety, support, and the tools they need to reclaim their lives. We're not about managing cases; we're about nurturing potential, honoring each person's unique journey, and walking alongside them as they build the future they deserve.

Why This Role Matters
As a Residential Case Manager, you'll be the calm, steady presence that helps someone navigate a difficult time. You'll be the person who notices when a resident is struggling and responds with compassion. You'll teach life skills that transform someone's ability to live independently. You'll advocate for people who've often been overlooked by society.

Your work will directly impact lives. You'll witness moments of breakthrough when someone masters a new skill, takes a step toward independence, or simply feels safe and heard. In this role, you're not just supporting recovery; you're restoring hope and rebuilding futures, one meaningful interaction at a time.

The people you'll serve aren't statistics or diagnoses—they're individuals with dreams, histories, and the capacity for growth. And you'll be instrumental in helping them realize that capacity.

You'll help residents build the practical life skills they need while encouraging their growth every step of the way. Be an Advocate and Bridge
You'll serve as a vital connection between residents and the broader community working with families, healthcare providers, and support systems to ensure holistic care. You'll advocate for your clients and help them navigate complex systems with dignity.

About East Bay Community Action Program

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation. The mission of EBCAP is to provide high-quality, comprehensive and accessible health and human services to assist people to achieve their fullest potential.

In 2016 EBCAP merged with East Bay Center (EBC), a state recognized Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and Integrated Health Home. Given that the two were recognized at the local, state, and national levels as premier providers, the transformation and merger into a single organization greatly enhanced the level of expertise and expanded the breadth and depth of services that EBCAP could offer to the communities it serves.

With this merger, EBCAP received provisional approval by the state as an Accountable Care Entity, an in-house partnership of medical, dental, behavioral health, and social service providers working together to create a shared culture of collaboration and transformation of the health care system. The ACE will focus on supporting high quality care, enhancing health information technology, and experiencing shared savings through agreements with major Medicaid providers, such as Neighborhood Health Plan of RI.

EBCAP is proud to provide a full array of services including integrated family health, behavioral, and dental services; Head Start and Early Head Start; Women, Infants and Children; family development; Healthy Families America home visiting; Heating and Energy Assistance; Victims of Crime Act information and referral services; and much more!

The vision of EBCAP is to be recognized as the premier human service agency in the east bay.
