The Case Manager serves Refugee Resettlement clients directly by providing hands-on case management and maintains a regular caseload of clients. The Case Manager plays an integral role on the team, working alongside other Resettlement staff. The role requires strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to complete regular reports and submit them in a timely manner; this work is done in close coordination with the Program Manager and other Resettlement staff. This position reports directly to the Resettlement Program Manager and works closely with the rest of the Refugee Resettlement team.
