Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager

Compensation: $60,000–$85,000

Our client is a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking an organized, client-focused Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, manages multiple priorities effectively, and can keep cases moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and other parties
• Gather medical records, bills, evidence, and supporting case materials
• Coordinate medical treatment and guide clients through the claims process
• Assist with legal documents, correspondence, property damage claims, and lien negotiations
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases toward resolution
• Provide professional and compassionate client service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases and priorities
• Professional, personable, and client-focused
• Resourceful problem-solver who works well in a team environment
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Litigation experience is a plus
