Indiana Treatment Centers – Mishawaka is seeking a compassionate, organized, and recovery-focused Case Manager II to join our clinical team.
The Case Manager II plays an important role in helping individuals successfully navigate treatment and prepare for life beyond our program. This position works closely with patients and the multidisciplinary treatment team to identify barriers, coordinate services, connect patients with community resources, and build a strong foundation for continued recovery.
