This position will be based at our newest facility, serving male and male-identifying clients, located at: 4511 E. 46 Ave, Denver, CO 80216
Interested applicants must be available to work non-traditional shifts and workdays. This case management role will be responsible for a caseload up to 20 participants. Successful candidates must complete and pass a background investigation that encompasses the applicant's employment and criminal history.
The goal of Denver Community Corrections is to teach clients practical skills and tools needed to be successful upon reentry into the community. Emphasis is placed on treatment that specifically addresses criminogenic risk/needs by using social learning skill-building activities to assist with cognitive, social, emotional, and coping skill development. utilizes the Cognitive Behavioral Interventions – A Comprehensive Curriculum (CBI-CC) treatment model.
