Avivo’s Ending Homelessness Division provides comprehensive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our programs connect people with shelter, housing, and long-term support using harm reduction, Housing First, and trauma-informed approaches. Avivo Village, one of our key programs, offers culturally responsive, low-barrier shelter and care to help residents achieve permanent housing stability.
As a Site-Based Case Manager, you will support single adults with histories of chronic homelessness, many of whom live with substance use disorders. You will work closely with residents in our site-based program, American House. This role involves assertive engagement, harm reduction, and person-centered care to support residents in achieving housing stability and long-term goals.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 32 hours per week. Although you will work 32 hours, you will receive compensation equivalent to 40 hours per week.
