Anglicare is seeking an experienced and motivated Foster Care Case Manager to join our regional team on a part-time basis-2 days per week. This role is based in Orange, NSW, with regular travel across the Central West and Southern Tablelands, including Young and Goulburn, to support children, carers, and families.

About the Role

You will provide end-to-end foster care case management, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and permanency needs of children and young people are met. Working closely with carers, birth families, DCJ, and community partners, you will support stable placements and positive long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic foster care case management in line with OOHC and Permanency Support Program requirements

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with carers, children, families, DCJ, and stakeholders

  • Support andmonitorfoster carers, ensuring standards are met and placements are strengthened

  • Facilitateand monitor family time and prepare high-quality reports

  • Maintainaccuratecase notes, plans, and documentation

  • Work flexibly across regional locations to meet service needs

About You

  • Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, Community Services or similar

  • Demonstratedexperience in foster care, OOHC, or child protection casework

  • Strong assessment, written, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work autonomously in a regional environment

  • Unrestricted NSW DriverLicenceand willingness to travelfor work (pool car provided)

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
