The Flushing YMCA is seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for increasing student
achievement for college and career readiness. They will provide students with a
positive mentor relationship of advocacy and support to help them achieve their
academic goals. The Case Manager will work one-on-one with students around the
concrete needs of youth and lead and run groups. Additionally, they will assist
in designing and leading training sessions on behavior issues with youth and
teens in the program.

experience working with teens and doing case management.
teaching and facilitating training sessions on issues related to youth and teens.
CPR/First Aid certified and complete the YMCA Mandatory Reporting
Training within four (4) months of employment.
