Salary Range Starting At: $41,000.00
The Pathway of Hope Case Manager is responsible for the provision of strengths-based case management and coordination of overall services offered to families and individuals through Pathway in Central Indiana. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with locations in Central Indiana to assure that identified family needs are addressed within the framework of a client-centered holistic approach and ensuring the mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.

Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
Background Checks Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Minimum of one to two years’ experience in social services and/or case management required.
Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 60 days of employment. Case worker Certification Program within 30 days of hire; SIMS (Service Point) data training within 30 days of hire; Turbostats (statistical data) training within 60 days of hire.

Physical Requirements Include:
Travel: This position will travel extensively throughout Central Indiana (Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock, Johnson, Morgan, and Boone counties).
Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office and community center environment. This position will work out of multiple office spaces to meet with clients. May require weekends.
