About the role
As our next Case Manager, you'll work alongside young people and families facing homelessness or housing insecurity, providing practical support, advocacy, and encouragement at pivotal moments in their lives. With a manageable caseload of up to 12 clients, you'll have the time to build genuine connections and deliver tailored support through our Youth & Family Outreach, Crisis Accommodation, and Interim & Transition Support programs
Joining a dedicated service that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you'll play an important role in helping more than 450 young people and families each year access safety, stability, and the support they need to thrive.
Youth Programs
Youth Services staff work within a trauma & psychologically informed practice environment, all staff are expected to work creatively towards ensuring that the support needs of all young people are the first priority.
Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted for 11 months, based in St Kilda, VIC.
Conditions
Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 5 Award.
