Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Case Manager we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with our youth!

JRI's Partnership for Prevention and Positive Youth Development (P3) is a school-based grant program that helps high school students at Attleboro High School and their families by providing extra support and guidance. Case Managers use a combination of case management, case consultation, individual mentoring, psychoeducation groups, family education and skills training, afterschool and summer activities, education support and contingency management to support and meet each client’s needs. The goal is to build strong relationships and make sure families and clients get the right support for positive youth development.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI provides the training so that:

  • You will conduct regular case management meetings with parents/caregivers, key personnel from the school, law enforcement, other stakeholders and the youth, as appropriate, to discuss progress toward client-centered goals and to modify individual service plans as needed.
  • You will perform intake interviews, needs assessments, and individual service planning.
  • You will maintain proper and complete documentation of meetings, releases, communication, referrals and other paperwork.
  • You will provide advocacy on behalf of the youth and their family.
  • You will design and implement individualized youth development strategies to ensure that recommended support services are provided in a logical, timely, and effective manner.
  • You will identify resources in partnership with youth and families, establish a referral system among community agencies and resources, and support youth and families in accessing these resources.
  • You will conduct community outreach by planning and executing social and educational events and outings.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working directly with youth, families, and substance use issues.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge about the community served and the available resources.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
