Job Description

Applicant must possess at least 3 years of personal injury experience, including hands-on case handling from A-Z and heavy client contact. Experience should include opening claims with insurance companies, handling PD claims, requesting records, demand writing, and quarterbacking medical treatment. The ideal litigation paralegal candidate must have experience with lawsuit drafting, propounding and responding to discovery, code of civil procedure, court calendaring, and possess some trial experience. In addition, all applicants must be able to handle volume, be organized, punctual, responsible, have a great sense of attitude, and be easy to work with.
