In this student-centered role, you will be a vital link between students and the support they need to overcome barriers to their success. While this is not a clinical role, it requires the heart of a caregiver and the precision of a strategist to ensure no student falls through the cracks. About the Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Case Manager, you will work as a "navigator" for students dealing with physical and mental health challenges. You will facilitate care plans that span internal departments (like Student Affairs) and external resources (like healthcare providers and social service agencies).

Hiring Range: $58,650 to $69,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
