JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload empty cases from trailers and stack empty pallets.
  • Wash out trailers and ensure clean, empty trailers are available for outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Clean case washers daily to ensure proper sanitation of cases.
  • Monitor and document case washer temperatures.
  • Check and record cleaning solution concentrations at least once per shift, in accordance with the Master Sanitation Schedule.
  • Remove returned product from trailers as needed.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data. Bilingual skills are beneficial.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, per location requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to stand/walk on your feet constantly during your shift.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to constantly pull up to 270 lbs. with a pull rod while walking backwards.
  • Position requires frequent lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
  • Must be able to work outside and be exposed to the outside weather/temperature conditions.
  • Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings.
