Job Description
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for:
- Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
- Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.
- Work with supervisors in scheduling team members
- Train team members on job duties on the case dock, including safety standards, rules, chemical training and chemical checks
- Clean case washer on daily basis. Checking all spray jets, pumps, and refilling chemicals in case cleaner.
- Unload trailers and trucks in a timely and efficient manner and maintaining case supply to fillers and trailers and trucks for load-out to prevent downtime.
- Thoroughly cleaning all trailer floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Keep accurate recording of transport and wholesale dump information.
- Keep accurate recording of daily case return data.
- Ensure work areas are clean and remove any items that do not belong (e.g. drains, traps and drives are clean)
- Keep entire case dock clean and sanitized.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous knowledge of basic equipment operations.
- Demonstrate good judgment and problem solving and decision making skills as well as being an organized record keeper.
- Must be willing to work all and any shift
Preferred:
- Experience in food manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be humble, approachable, honest and able to lead and hold others accountable
- Must be flexible and able to work any shift

Hourly $24.44 - $27.15
