Position Highlights
The Office of Public Safety at the University is seeking a Case Coordinator for the Threat Assessment and Management Team (TAMT). This position supports the efforts to improve the community safety of The University of Arizona. The coordinator will work collaboratively across the university community and provide consultation on reporting process; threats of violence; and educate the community on behaviors of concern. The coordinator will also work directly to support the Threat Assessment Management Team Chair and its members who represent the University of Arizona Police Department, Dean of Students Office, Human Resources, Office of the General Counsel, Counseling & Psychological Services, and Campus Operations. In addition to being the first point of contact for incoming referrals, this position also triages & works closely with each assigned TAMT member to coordinate, manage, and ensure cases are completed and resolved in a timely manner.
This position will require employees to be available after hours and weekends for emergencies and threat cases.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
