Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Client: Ohio Army National Guard
The Ohio Army National Guard is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant/ Pharmacy Technician for a Medical Readiness Coordinator position to support statewide medical readiness operations. This position provides administrative and clerical support for medical readiness programs, medical documentation tracking, case processing, scheduling, reporting, and Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) activities.
Essential Duties
- Track and maintain medical readiness documentation.
- Assist with case processing and data entry.
- Coordinate medical records and Release of Information (ROI) requests.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up activities for Soldiers.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to medical readiness.
- Support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events.
- Assist with Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) packet preparation.
- Communicate with Soldiers, medical providers, and military personnel regarding case status.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in administrative, medical office, healthcare support, military administration, or case coordination roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass required background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military, National Guard, VA, or healthcare administration experience.
- Experience working with medical records or case management programs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
Compensation: $19.35 per hour
