Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / year

Nüvitek is seeking a detail-oriented Case Analyst to support federal case management and adjudication activities. This individual will analyze application packages, evaluate supporting evidence, perform compliance reviews, and prepare case recommendations that assist government officials in making informed determinations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, high-volume environment, exercises sound judgment, and produces accurate work while maintaining strict adherence to federal policies and established procedures.


This position requires working onsite in Washington, DC five (5) days per week.

In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

What you will do

  • Analyze submitted application packages to determine completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable federal laws, regulations, and program requirements.
  • Evaluate employer-submitted documentation and supporting evidence to identify deficiencies, inconsistencies, or additional information needed for adjudication.
  • Perform compliance reviews and case validation activities to support program integrity initiatives, including investigative reviews and quality assurance examinations.
  • Verify employer eligibility, business legitimacy, and sponsorship qualifications using approved government resources and established procedures.
  • Research wage data and employment information to support case determinations and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed case summaries, findings, and recommendations for review by government Certifying Officers.
  • Develop documentation supporting reconsiderations, appeals, and other post-decision administrative actions.
  • Draft professional correspondence, notices, and official communications for applicants, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic and physical case records throughout the lifecycle of each application.
  • Track assigned workloads to ensure timely processing while meeting established service level expectations and program deadlines.
  • Coordinate the receipt, organization, indexing, retention, and disposition of case documentation in accordance with federal records management policies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all case activity is properly documented within government systems.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying processing efficiencies while maintaining regulatory compliance.


What you will bring

  • 3–5 years of professional experience supporting case analysis, regulatory compliance, administrative review, adjudication, or government program operations.
  • Required: Experience supporting a federal government agency or government contractor.
  • Experience interpreting policies, regulations, standard operating procedures, or administrative guidance.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex documentation and make objective, well-supported recommendations.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing formal reports, correspondence, or case documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive government information.


  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • Experience working with electronic document management or case management systems
  • Strong data entry and records management skills

  • Experience supporting federal adjudication, compliance, certification, licensing, benefits, labor, immigration, or regulatory programs.
  • Familiarity with administrative review or appeals processes.
  • Experience performing quality assurance, audit support, or compliance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of federal records management practices and document retention requirements.
