Job Description

A part-time opportunity is available in Ohel’s fast-paced and dynamic program, which provides family support and promotes child wellbeing in a professional, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. The Case Aide will provide vital administrative and programmatic support to program staff and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain case-related logs and generate detailed monthly data reports
  • Utilize the City and State case management databases and electronic platforms
  • Communicate and document collateral contacts with schools, medical and mental health providers
  • Provide program staff with technical support for computer systems, databases and electronic platforms
  • Complete online orders for client needs and services
  • Research community resources and identify appropriate referrals to support clients and families

The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team is essential. Excellent computer skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. This part-time position is based in Brooklyn: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
