ANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our all-day dining restaurant, Cascade Café.

Cascade Café is one of the hotel's signature dining venues, offering a diverse buffet experience featuring breakfast, lunch, sweets, and dinner. Welcoming guests from around the world, the restaurant operates in a fast-paced and vibrant environment every day.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall restaurant operation, including team management, staff development, scheduling, revenue and cost control, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale operation in an international environment, balancing guest satisfaction with business performance while leading a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle VIP guests and special requests
• Maintain and improve service quality in line with IHG brand standards

Team Management

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
• Manage staff scheduling and manpower allocation
• Work closely with the Learning & Development team to provide coaching and development opportunities for employees

Business Management

• Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage costs and departmental budgets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Collaborate closely with the F&B Director and Executive Chefs to drive operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners while promoting a positive image of the hotel, brand, and company.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience in staff training and development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve operational and business goals.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in a restaurant or hotel Food & Beverage environment.
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a luxury hotel or international hospitality brand.
• Experience managing multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and revenue optimization strategies.
• Experience in buffet restaurants or all-day dining operations.

Working Hours

• Working hours vary depending on the restaurant operation.
• 7.5 working hours per day (excluding break time).
• Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

【主な業務内容】
■ レストランオペレーションの統括
・日々のサービスオペレーション管理
・ゲスト満足度向上に向けた施策の企画・実行
・VIPゲストおよび特別なお客様への対応
・サービス品質およびIHGブランド基準の維持・向上

■ チームマネジメント
・スタッフの採用、育成、評価
・シフト作成および人員配置の管理
・チームメンバーへのコーチング等をトレーニング部門と連携して行う

■ ビジネスマネジメント
・売上分析および収益最大化施策の立案
・コストコントロールおよび予算管理
・競合分析およびマーケットトレンドの把握
・F&Bディレクターおよびシェフとの連携によるレストラン運営
