What we are looking for
Motivated individual who provides an easy, seamless shopping experience by ensuring customers receive the best first and last impressions of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by genuinely greeting all guests and providing them a cart.
- Ensure that all shopping carts and flatbeds are cleared from the parking lot and placed in their designated area. Ensure carts are always available to customers.
- Remove trash, disinfect, and sanitize each shopping cart and flatbed after each use.
- Maintain the parking lot in a clean and presentable manner free of all debris throughout the day.
- Assist customers as needed to include loading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Evaluate cart condition and request maintenance.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (To include Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work outdoors in various climates.

Position is for our 1500 E. Paisano, El Paso, TX 79901 store.
Working hours:
Rotating Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
