Job Family Group:

Sales Group

This role is accountable to accelerate B2C Cars business growth by managing accounts in OEM, FWS and Genuine Oil for Cars for long term business relationship.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive business growth for FWS, OEM and Genuine Oil customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with OEMs', FWS and GO needs and business practices.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with FWS, OEM clients and Genuine Oil Key Account/customer to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and create innovative solutions tailored to FWS, OEMs and GO customers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and provide insights to the senior management team.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market conditions.

Education

• University degree essential

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the automotive industry. ·
• Strong cultural acumen and ability to navigate key account business practices. Preferably having experience in managing OEM and FWS
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
