Carrier Sales Representative / Logistics Coordinator

Location: Greater Cleveland, Ohio area

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
  • Entry-level / developing talent around $45K
  • Experienced carrier sales candidates up to $60K
  • Quarterly incentive bonus plan

This is a Carrier Sales-focused role responsible for:

• Building and maintaining carrier relationships
• Sourcing truck capacity
• Covering freight efficiently and profitably
• Negotiating rates with carriers
• Working closely with brokerage operations
• Supporting customer service and load execution
• Developing long-term carrier partnerships
