The Carrier Onboarding Representative is responsible for sourcing and vetting carrier services, while always focusing on growing long-term relationships with Carriers. Role & Responsibility

• Build long standing relationships with new and existing, carriers and co-workers to support our customer needs
• Continual sourcing of new carrier partners and existing underutilized carrier partners
• Accountable for tracking and tracing all pickups and deliveries
• Resolving service issues and failures while working with management team
• Strong negotiation skills to help minimize our transportation spend
• Assist support departments as needed

• Understanding urgency and time critical operations to support the needs of the business

• Must possess strong communication, decision making, time management, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
