
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Carrier Readiness Call Coordinator to join our team working in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with internal CNAL leadership and external stakeholder leadership
Investigate, receive and analyze current and past maintenance and operational data including data practices in order to provide statistical, graphical cost and trends.
Serve as the COMNAVAIRLANT CRC Coordinator for the ROC Manager and the subject matter experts.
Provide administrative review and tracking of ROC policies and requirements to ensure compliance with OPNAV instructions.
Provide feedback to all involved activities to maintain process performance and data quality.
Develop recommendations for CVN process and policy improvement
Provide interface and database support for maintenance and logistics databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education
5+ years of experience collecting, reviewing, integrating and analyzing Navy maintenance and logistics data (e.g., CSMPs, CASREPs, INSURV) utilizing navy databases such as OMMS-NG, VSB, MFOM, OARS, NDE, CDMD-OA, data retrieval systems and analytical software tools.
Experience assisting the development of data metrics.
Experience reviewing and tracking naval correspondence.
Experience summarizing events from the previous week into executive summaries and monthly reports.
Experience creating reports on Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and translating information into dashboard summaries, managing Microsoft Teams accounts, and managing Outlook/Teams calendar meetings for collaboration of all stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in maintaining schedules and calendars.
Prior experience interfacing with the East coast aircraft carriers.
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret prior to starting
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
