About the role

We are looking for a young talent to support the CSE spare parts transformation in a 12-month fixed contract. The goal of this position is to define and standardize end-to-end processes to improve consistency and efficiency across the CSE Spare Parts commercial business and beyond. It drives the implementation of digital tools, including parts selection tools and SAP enhancements, while reducing manual operations and improving data flow across the organization. This workstream is led by the Carrier Excellence Transformation team to leverage the methods & tools of our Cx operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end order-to-delivery processes to enhance efficiency
  • Synchronize VCS & HVAC processes for seamless operations
  • Select and implement spare part selection tools to optimize inventory
  • Improve SKU management and master data governance
  • Standardize technician work order processing across teams
  • Support and moderate workshop preparation, execution, and documentation
  • Map key processes and identify improvement potentials for continuous enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in industrial engineering, economics, or operations-related fields
  • Practical experience in process analysis, process mapping, workshop moderation, and facilitation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel as needed (Hybrid, est. 20% travel)
