Based in Mexico City or Guadalajara, you’ll be our next Carrier Development Representative focused on Intra-Mexico shipments (Embarques Nacionales). You’ll develop and manage carrier relationships, secure coverage for freight, and negotiate rates while delivering superior service to our clients.📌 What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers via phone and email
• Source and secure capacity for domestic freight movements
• Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence
• Occasionally meet with carriers in person to strengthen partnerships

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English & Spanish
• 1+ year experience in logistics or transportation
• College degree preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and relationship-builder
• Organized, driven, and self-motivated
• Positive and solution-focused attitude
