Compensation: $50,000–$70,000+ per year (Performance-Based Pay)
Training Pay: $18–$23/hour (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing


This is a hands-on, physically active role—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and see real results.

You’ll start as a technician helper and be trained to become a lead technician.

Responsibilities:

• Load/unload work vehicles
• Maintain and prepare equipment
• Vacuuming, water extraction, and carpet cleaning
• Baseboard cleaning and carpet grooming
• Assist on residential and commercial jobs

What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for driven, reliable individuals who take pride in their work. This is not a job for someone looking to get by—we want team members who show up, work hard, and want to grow.

• Experience is a plus (not required)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools/equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to carry a conversation and create a positive customer experience
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
• Basic computer/phone skills
• Goal-oriented and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must pass background check
• Drug-free during work hours

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Every other Saturday required
• Optional on-call hours (bonus pay)
