Carpenter/Roofer

$24-$30/HR Overtime Opportunities Available

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Roofer to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of carpentry and repair tasks, including roofing, siding, drywall work, and structural improvements related to solar installations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments prior to project start, including measurements and documentation
• Perform structural upgrades such as framing and sistering rafters
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and safely
• Complete repairs related to solar installations, including siding and drywall
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including photos and site details
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow company vehicle policies and safety regulations
• Assist with general construction and maintenance tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of carpentry and roofing techniques
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to adapt to a variety of construction and maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills

Education & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in carpentry or related field preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on roofs for extended periods
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs regularly
