Madison Property Restoration is Hiring a Carpenter/Painter/Drywaller!

Location: Madison, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | 40–45 hours per week
Pay Rate: $27–$30 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: On-Site

Madison Property Restoration is looking for an experienced Carpenter/Painter/Drywaller to join our team in Madison, WI.

We are a small company specializing primarily in residential restoration and remodeling projects. A major part of this position involves rebuilding and restoring walls and other areas of homes following water and mold damage

The ideal candidate has hands-on residential remodeling experience, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can effectively manage projects independently while also working well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
• Rebuild and restore walls following water and mold damage.
• Install and repair trim and cabinetry.
• Install doors and windows.
• Install insulation and drywall.
• Complete interior and exterior painting as required.
• Perform finishing and restoration work with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality.
• Organize and manage assigned work independently.
• Work effectively both independently and alongside other team members.
• Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, and drywall work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stay organized and self-manage assigned work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Good driving record.
