About the role

You willsupport qualified tradespeople by performing a variety of manual tasks across construction, maintenance, or industrial sites, or deliver carpentry and general maintenance services across bases.

Your key responsibilitiesmayinclude:

• Assistingtradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials

• Preparingand cleaningwork areas, ensuring tools and equipment are ready for use

• Performinggeneral maintenance tasks including patching, painting, tiling, and minor plumbingwork.

• Loading, transporting, and organisingmaterials and supplies on-site

• Operatingbasic hand and power tools under supervision

• Performinggeneral labouring duties including lifting, digging, and site clean-up

• Communicatingeffectively with team members and supervisors

About you

Our ideal candidate will have

• Previousexperience in a construction, maintenance, or industrial environment

• Hands-on exposure toassistingqualified trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or landscapers, or be a qualified Carpenter

• Familiarity with using basic hand and power tools

• Experience performing manual labour tasks such as lifting, digging, or site clean-up

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work safely on active job sites

• Experience working as part of a team in fast-paced or physically demanding settings

• White Card
