Description

The Norfolk Companies — including Norfolk Multifamily, Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, and Rosario Cabinets — are expanding our construction and manufacturing teams and are hiring experienced Carpenters to join our growing operation.

This is a full-time W2 position with steady 40+ hours per week and consistent work throughout the year.

If you have experience installing cabinets or performing finish carpentry and take pride in working efficiently while maintaining quality, we want to speak with you.

Pay & Benefits

  • $24–$35 per hour depending on experience
  • Higher pay available for experienced cabinet installers
  • Full-time W2 employment
  • Steady 40+ hour work weeks
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Year-round work with a stable company

The Work

Carpenters in this role will work across several divisions of The Norfolk Companies depending on project needs.

Typical work includes:

  • Multifamily cabinet and countertop installations in apartment communities through our Norfolk Multifamily division
  • Residential kitchen installations and remodeling projects through Norfolk Kitchen & Bath
  • Cabinet manufacturing and shop support work at Rosario Cabinets, our in-house cabinet production facility

Work assignments may originate from or report to any of our Norfolk locations, including Braintree, Dedham, Framingham, Danvers, and Nashua, depending on project needs.

The ideal candidate is cross-trained, flexible, and comfortable working in both field installation and shop environments when needed. Because Norfolk manufactures and distributes our own cabinetry, materials are consistently available — meaning less downtime waiting on deliveries and more productive workdays.
